Booking Process
• Technician from Metropolis will be assigned for home sample collection after booking confirmation.
• Sample will be collected at your address at the selected time slot.
• Payment can be made directly to the technician at the time of collection.
• The sample will be transported to the nearest collection centre, centrifuged, and sent to the laboratory for processing.
• Soft copy reports will be shared on your registered email within 24 to 48 hours or as per defined turnaround time for specific tests.
